Ohio's Hospice is a partnership of mission-driven, not-for-profit hospice organizations operating across the state of Ohio. The organization's focus is on strengthening and preserving community-based hospice care, relying on community support and donor partnerships to fulfill its mission.
The organization provides comprehensive hospice and palliative care services. These include four levels of care, specialized programs such as American Pride Veteran Care, complementary therapies, and advance care planning. Grief support is offered through its Pathways of Hope program. Care is delivered in homes, various facilities, and dedicated inpatient units.
Ohio's Hospice maintains a presence in numerous communities throughout the state, including Dayton, Franklin, Marysville, Mt. Gilead, Newark, New Philadelphia, Springfield, Troy, Washington Court House, Wilmington, and Wooster.
