Founded in 2017, and launched its first clinic in Manhattan's New York before expanding to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas of Arizona. Following over 200,000 conversations with women about their healthcare experiences, the company built an integrated care model centred on women's health and wellbeing. This model combines primary care, gynaecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness services through both in-person clinics and virtual care, with delivery handled by an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, researchers, designers, and technologists.
The clinics operate as comprehensive health destinations rather than fragmented specialists' offices. Rather than routing women between providers for different health concerns, the team coordinates integrated care within single locations. Virtual care runs alongside the physical clinics, allowing patients to access the same range of services remotely. The underlying philosophy positions women as whole people rather than reducing them to specific body systems or life stages, aiming to place women at the centre of their own care journey.
