Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is the largest healthcare provider in northwest Arizona and the only remaining non-profit hospital in Mohave County. Operating as a 235-bed multi-campus health system based in Kingman, Arizona, it provides care ranging from primary care to cardiac services, cancer treatment and advanced surgical technologies for a service area of 200,000 residents.
The organisation employs more than 1,900 staff alongside 270 physicians and allied health professionals and 150 volunteers, with an annual payroll exceeding $130 million. KRMC holds a four-star CMS hospital rating and is the recipient of Arizona's Innovation Award for its work to improve healthcare in rural communities.
KRMC is Arizona's first rural teaching hospital, running residency programmes in family medicine and emergency medicine. Its clinical environment spans emergency medicine, oncology, cardiac care and surgery, giving nurses exposure to both acute and specialty settings within a single system.
As a non-profit, KRMC frames itself as a cornerstone of the Mohave County economy, investing more than $10 million a year in local businesses alongside its community health work.
